Your result
Nothing stands outNothing in your answers stands out.
A quick read of your answers, not a credit score. Only your report can confirm what is on file.
Would you like to speak to a consultant as well?
You ticked something from a court. Your report shows what is actually on your record, and a consultant can talk it through with you.
Or leave your number and a consultant will call you.
By sending this you agree that we may call you about it.
But only your report can confirm it. Most people have never seen all four bureau files side by side, and each one can hold something the others do not.
A few of your answers usually show up on a credit report. Your Snapshot shows exactly what each bureau is holding, and what can be done about it.

One bureau is not your record.
South Africa has four credit bureaus. Each keeps its own record of you, and a lender may check any one of them. That is why every Credit Health Check covers all four.
- TransUnion
- Experian
- XDS
- VCCB
VCCB is VeriCred Credit Bureau. Compuscan is now part of Experian.
Same person. Same day. Two different rulers.
One client we assisted scored 603 on Experian and 776 on VCCB. 776 sounds like the better score. On VCCB's scale it still sits in medium high risk, and 603 sits in high risk on Experian's scale. A number from one bureau cannot be compared with a number from another.
A free app usually shows you one bureau. The gaps between the four are where the damage hides.
Creditors do not have to report to all four. Some report to one, some to two, and a collector may only report to the bureau it uses.
What your R89 covers
All four bureaus, one report
TransUnion, Experian, XDS and VCCB, pulled together so nothing sits in a gap.
Read by a consultant
A CCL consultant reads your whole file and writes your Snapshot in plain language: what is on your record, what is urgent and what can be done.
Your full report, and a conversation
A copy of your full credit report comes with your Snapshot, and a consultant talks you through what it means.
Not included: removing a listing, settling a debt or any court work. If your file needs one of these, we quote it separately once we know what is on it, and you decide.
Checking your own record does not hurt your score.
It is recorded as a consumer requested enquiry. Applications for credit are what count against you.
Not everything can be removed.
Anyone promising to wipe your record is not being straight with you. We tell you what is real, what is wrong and what can be done.
